Real Time Furniture, LLC is a manufacturers’ representative agency with a focus on the behavioral healthcare, transitional housing, education, fire stations, and public space markets. We offer a wide range of support activities to the design community as well as end-users throughout the United States. All the products we represent, and the services that we offer, are designed to meet the unique challenges of these industries.

We provide consulting and budget support for: intensive use bedroom & dormitory furniture, outdoor furniture, office furniture, mattresses, lounge seating, reception seating, security mirrors, lockers, filing cabinets, cafeteria tables, and washroom accessories.

Specification Writing

Concise contract documents are critical to any project. You can be confident in our years of experience providing project specific specifications. We can ensure your documents meet the intention of your design and are in compliance with industry standards.


Whether working up a list of replacement items for an RFP – or calculating the FF&E requirements for a dayroom, we have years of experience in compiling budgets to support your efforts to secure funding.

Installation & Maintenance

When needed, RTF can provide you with installation support along with care & maintenance materials for the products purchased.

Facility Support

We take pride in the long-term relationships we have developed with end-users. We offer on-site equipment evaluations, product training, and we can even help structure RFP specs.
